Case Study: Amazon Brand Growth
When we took over the account, the PPC performance was inefficient, with ACOS at 39%, high wasted ad spend, and poorly structured campaigns. A large portion of the budget was being spent on irrelevant search terms and underperforming keywords, which were hurting overall profitability.
We started with a complete PPC audit and restructuring, separating campaigns by match types and product targeting. We implemented strong negative keyword strategies, optimized bids based on performance data, and reallocated budget toward high-converting keywords and profitable campaigns. We also launched controlled testing campaigns to continuously discover new profitable search terms.
Through consistent optimization and data-driven scaling, we significantly improved campaign efficiency and reduced wasted spend. As a result, we successfully reduced ACOS from 39% to 27%, while scaling PPC performance to $4.57M in sales from $1.22M ad spend and generating 200K+ purchases.

When we took over this account in April 2024, the average ACOS was over 32%, with some months exceeding 35%. After our takeover, we successfully reduced ACOS to under 27% while increasing PPC-driven sales. Notably, in December 2025, we achieved $30K in sales solely through PPC campaigns.
To achieve these results, we first conducted a comprehensive PPC audit and paused campaigns with high spending and low conversions. We then launched product-wise campaigns and a Sponsored Brand campaign for top sellers, highlighting the product’s production process, which significantly improved performance and delivered excellent results.

Case Study: Reducing Storage Fees Through Inventory Optimisation
An Amazon seller approached us after experiencing consistently high fulfilment and storage costs due to excess inventory stored in Amazon fulfilment centres. A large portion of their inventory was approaching long-term storage thresholds, which would have resulted in significant additional fees.
After analysing the seller’s inventory levels, sales velocity, and storage utilisation, we implemented a structured inventory optimisation strategy. This included migrating a portion of the inventory to Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) and developing a forecasting-based replenishment plan.
By utilising AWD as a reserve storage solution and sending smaller, more frequent shipments to FBA, we were able to improve inventory turnover and reduce the risk of long-term storage charges.
